One thug made a fatal error of judgment when he decided to trespass on an elderly couple’s property and threaten the occupants – little did he realize that the homeowner knew his Second Amendment rights and was all too willing to exercise them.
Police said the Louisiana couple got a motion alert from their home security system early Wednesday morning.
According to local news station KTBS-TV, they noticed on their system that someone was hopping the fence of their Shreveport home.
The male resident wasn’t taking any chances and stepped outside to confront the trespasser in the backyard, cops said.
As KTBS noted, the homeowner did what any law-abiding citizen should do – he put his God-given Second Amendment rights into action by arming himself with a gun. Read more…
