Black Supremacist Militia Mobs Georgia Courthouse

An armed black terror militia of hundreds menaced a courthouse on Friday after the sentencing was complete in the murder trial of fake jogger Armaud Arbery. Three men – Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and William “Roddie” Bryan – were sentenced to life in prison for killing Arbery as he lunged for a gun while fleeing a robbery scene.

Journalist Ford Fischer of News2Share caught footage of the terror march…

An organizer reported that various supremacist groups, including the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, Original Black Panther Militia, United Black Power Militia, Panthers Movement and Lion of Judah Armed Forces, participated in the armed terror march. Read more…

Disgusting: Serial Killer Gets Off For Being Black

The sole holdout juror “didn’t even go back to [look at the evidence],” a family member of one the victims told local media. “She had her mind made up before she walked in.”

A mistrial was declared in the murder trial of 48-year-old illegal alien Billy Chemirmir, accused of murdering 24 elderly Americans across Collin County and Dallas County, Texas, as the jury remained “hopelessly deadlocked” 11-to-1.

As Breitbart News has reported for years, Chemirmir, an illegal alien from Kenya who later secured a green card, is accused of murdering 24 elderly Americans in Texas from April 2016 to 2018…

As a reminder, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson were allowed into the court during the Arbery trial despite being in no way related to the alleged victim.

The media told us all about the races of every juror in the Rittenhouse case and the Arbery case but we’ve been given zero info on this holdout juror.

I wonder why that is? Read more…

Biden Names 40 Judges, Over Double Trump’s Number So Far

President Joe Biden is moving at twice the pace filing vacancies in federal court than his immediate predecessor during his first year in office, but the Democrat has a long way to go in catching up to Donald Trump’s total first-term number.

With the Senate confirming a raft of judicial nominees late Friday into early Saturday, Biden’s 2021 total was brought to 40 federal court nominees confirmed, which is 21 more than the 19 Trump had in 2017. Read more…

Now Pro-Crime Dems Want Sex Predators Let Off

The Soros-backed cancel-culture activist Nandini Jammi argued that sex offender registries are too harsh for young sex offenders, an old blog post she authored reveals.

Published in a blog post for the “National Crime Prevention Council” (where she was an intern), Nandini bemoaned the “Eternal Sentence for Juvenile Sex Offenders.” Nandini angrily confirmed she authored the post when reached for comment, which she emphasized was from years ago. Of course, she doesn’t afford the same luxury to those she (usually unsuccessfully) attempts to cancel. Read more…

Bump Stock Ban Heads to SCOTUS

You may remember in late March of 2021, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that bump stocks were not, in fact, machine guns. The ruling itself was based on the ATF’s bump stock regulation not being entitled to “Chevron Deference,”; a legal doctrine that holds that a court may not substitute its own opinion in the place of reasonable interpretation made by an administrative agency. Once this was decided, Gun Owners of America made the case that the bump stock does not meet the legal definition of a “machine gun.” The 6th Circuit then ruled in favor of Gun Owners of America and said that bump stocks are not, in fact, machine guns.

Well, it looks like after an En Blanc session (a session where the entire court reviews and votes instead of a single judge or smaller panel), the 6th Circuit has held an 8-8 tie vote leaving the bump stock ban in place.

This ruling is a double-edged sword for gun owners. The ban allows the ATF to prosecute Rare Breed Firearms for their FRT or “Forced Reset Trigger,” turning law-abiding gun owners into felons overnight. It also currently lays the legal foundation for regulating all semiautomatic firearms under the NFA, which we know is the stated goal of gun-control groups and advocates like the once-nominated almost ATF Director David Chipman. On the other hand, if the Supreme Court can overturn the regulation, the ATF will have little power to try and regulate semiautomatic firearms without Congress. Read more…

SCOTUS to Codify Concealed Carry Rights?

A Supreme Court case challenging the state of New York’s “may-issue” concealed carry permit system could prove to have serious national Second Amendment implications, potentially enshrining the constitutional right to carry a weapon in public and forcing left-wing states to issue concealed carry permits to law-abiding applicants.

On Wednesday, the court heard arguments in an appeal of a lawsuit filed against the state by the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association. The conservative judges questioned attorneys for New York in regards to the state’s concealed carry permit system that suggested their skepticism of the law, with Justice Kavanaugh perplexed that applicants for a concealed carry license can’t merely describe living in an unsafe neighborhood as a just cause to carry a firearm. Justices Thomas and Barrett also questioned a representative of the plaintiffs, Paul Clement, in a manner suggesting they’re sympathetic to his argument that New York’s system violates the Second Amendment. Why Smith and Wesson Ditched Massachusetts for Tennessee

Less than six months after gunmaker Kimber Mfg. moved from New York to Alabama due in part to ‘gun and business-friendly support’ from the red state, Smith & Wesson is moving out of Massachusetts – and will relocate its headquarters to Maryville, Tennessee in 2023, according to Bloomberg.

The nation’s largest gun manufacturer cited restrictive legislation currently under consideration in Mass., which if enacted, would prohibit the company from manufacturing certain guns in the state they’ve called home for nearly 170 years.

“These bills would prevent Smith & Wesson from manufacturing firearms that are legal in almost every state in America and that are safely used by tens of millions of law-abiding citizens every day exercising their Constitutional 2nd Amendment rights, protecting themselves and their families, and enjoying the shooting sports,” said SWBI CEO Mark Smith. Dems Declare War on Gunsmiths

Nobody loves controlling others more than the government, so it’s no surprise that they’re desperate to ban 3-d printed guns. Right now, the US legislature has introduced two separate yet identical bills that would outright ban the creation of 3D-printed guns or the dissemination of the code for doing so.

HR 4225 was introduced to the House Committee on the Judiciary on June 29 of this year by Representative Ted Deutsch (D-FL). A few short days later, an identical bill, S.2319, was introduced by Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) in the Senate.

Officially, S.2319 is referred to as the 3-D Printed Gun Safety Act of 2021.

They’re ready to take gun control to a whole new level with this. Read more…

Uh-Oh: Chipman is Back?

After months of languishing in congressional limbo, the Biden Administration rescinded David Chipman’s nomination to head the ATF. Gun Rights groups jumped to claim victory, and rightly so. David Chipman was a particularly divisive nominee, one with explicit biases. It was clear that given the position to head the ATF, he would do everything in his power to strip Americans of their 2nd amendment right to own a firearm.

The Anti-gun lobby responded with their usual callout of average American gun owners as a “vocal minority” (untrue). The corporate media printed headlines, declaring that Biden had suffered the most high-profile defeat of his presidency so far with David Chipman’s nomination. Read more…

Court Overturns Bump Stock Ban

There’s been big news for gun rights these past few days, with headlines focusing on President Biden officially pulling David Chipman’s nomination to serve as ATF director.

With Chipman’s nomination removed, gun owners might have missed this story, absent from mainstream media, about military courts ruling bump stocks are not machine guns. Read more…
