An armed black terror militia of hundreds menaced a courthouse on Friday after the sentencing was complete in the murder trial of fake jogger Armaud Arbery. Three men – Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and William “Roddie” Bryan – were sentenced to life in prison for killing Arbery as he lunged for a gun while fleeing a robbery scene.

Journalist Ford Fischer of News2Share caught footage of the terror march…

An organizer reported that various supremacist groups, including the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, Original Black Panther Militia, United Black Power Militia, Panthers Movement and Lion of Judah Armed Forces, participated in the armed terror march. Read more…

One town has canceled its holiday plans due to growing concerns about gun violence.

Crawford, Mississippi’s mayor announced that the small town has canceled its Christmas parade due to a growing trend of gun violence in the town.

“You can hear the ‘boom, boom, boom,'” Mayor Willie Parson told WCBI. “They’re shooting like 30 or 40 rounds at one time. That’s what I call a war.” Read more…

Terrified Libs Turn on Pro-Crime, Anti-Gun DA’s

“I’ve always been anti-gun,” said Debbie Mizrahie of Beverly Hills. “But I am right now in the process of getting myself shooting lessons because I now understand that there may be a need for me to know how to defend myself and my family. We’re living in fear.”

During Black Lives Matter protests last year, Mizrahie told The Post, her neighbor’s home was firebombed with Molotov cocktails…

“It’s gotten to a point where residents feel insecure even going from their door to their car,” said resident Shirley Reitman. “A lot of residents are applying for a concealed carry weapon permit, even though that’s a great challenge in LA County.”

According to LA County Sheriff Alejandro Villanueva, the department has received 8,105 concealed carry weapon applications and approved 2,102 of them since he took office in December 2018, compared to his predecessor having issued 194 permits in four years. Read more…

This Man Has No Regrets After Shooting Burglar

“I have the right to carry, I have the right to protect myself and protect my property,” said Smith. “We practice, but you never want to put it into action because it’s still a human life. But my life is more important to me than theirs is, and me going home to my family and kids is more important than theirs is. I don’t know what they wanted, or what they were doing, but I don’t care.”

…Jerahme Smith said two men broke into his home around 4:20 a.m.

Deputies responded to reports of a shooting on the 100 block of 165th Street East Thursday morning. Deputies found a 24-year-old man unresponsive at the scene. He was declared dead by first responders.

“I took action upon that, which was, unfortunately, taking one life, and the other one ran,” Smith recalled. Read more…

Crimewave: LA Police Are Warning Visitors Away

The head of the union representing officers of the Los Angeles Police Department is taking the extraordinary step of warning tourists to stay away from the crime-ridden city during the holiday season, with a crime wave and poor conditions blighting the once-great American city.

“My message to anyone thinking about coming to Los Angeles, especially during the holiday season, is don’t,” said Jamie McBride of the LA Police Protective League. McBride was speaking in a television interview on Monday.

Los Angeles has witnessed a spree of violent crime increases and wide-scale “smash and grab” robberies, with law enforcement largely powerless to arrest thieves and burglars under municipal orders intended to advance the cause of racial justice.

“We can’t guarantee your safety. It is really, really out of control. I said it to people before, it’s like that movie ‘Purge,’ you know, instead of 24 hours to commit your crime, these people have 365 days days to commit whatever they want,” said McBride, frankly admitting that the hobbled and muzzled law enforcement of Los Angeles can no longer enforce the rule of law in the city. Bump Stock Ban Heads to SCOTUS

You may remember in late March of 2021, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that bump stocks were not, in fact, machine guns. The ruling itself was based on the ATF’s bump stock regulation not being entitled to “Chevron Deference,”; a legal doctrine that holds that a court may not substitute its own opinion in the place of reasonable interpretation made by an administrative agency. Once this was decided, Gun Owners of America made the case that the bump stock does not meet the legal definition of a “machine gun.” The 6th Circuit then ruled in favor of Gun Owners of America and said that bump stocks are not, in fact, machine guns.

Well, it looks like after an En Blanc session (a session where the entire court reviews and votes instead of a single judge or smaller panel), the 6th Circuit has held an 8-8 tie vote leaving the bump stock ban in place.

This ruling is a double-edged sword for gun owners. The ban allows the ATF to prosecute Rare Breed Firearms for their FRT or “Forced Reset Trigger,” turning law-abiding gun owners into felons overnight. It also currently lays the legal foundation for regulating all semiautomatic firearms under the NFA, which we know is the stated goal of gun-control groups and advocates like the once-nominated almost ATF Director David Chipman. On the other hand, if the Supreme Court can overturn the regulation, the ATF will have little power to try and regulate semiautomatic firearms without Congress. Read more…

SCOTUS to Codify Concealed Carry Rights?

A Supreme Court case challenging the state of New York’s “may-issue” concealed carry permit system could prove to have serious national Second Amendment implications, potentially enshrining the constitutional right to carry a weapon in public and forcing left-wing states to issue concealed carry permits to law-abiding applicants.

On Wednesday, the court heard arguments in an appeal of a lawsuit filed against the state by the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association. The conservative judges questioned attorneys for New York in regards to the state’s concealed carry permit system that suggested their skepticism of the law, with Justice Kavanaugh perplexed that applicants for a concealed carry license can’t merely describe living in an unsafe neighborhood as a just cause to carry a firearm. Justices Thomas and Barrett also questioned a representative of the plaintiffs, Paul Clement, in a manner suggesting they’re sympathetic to his argument that New York’s system violates the Second Amendment. Youth Gun Training Numbers Have Exploded

Gun Control activist David Hogg can’t seem to catch a break. His viewpoint that younger people are more anti-gun appears to be continuously rebuked by new reports from this post-COVID world.

Most recently, the NRA reported that the USA Clay Target League (USACTL) had its biggest year yet for student-athletes. Almost 40,000 will be participating in programs in the fall. Both male and female students compete on the same team, meaning that not just young males are represented here.

“Despite constant challenges both last year and this year, we are pleased to have our largest fall registration numbers ever,” said John Nelson, president of the USACTL. “The record-setting participation this fall is the result of the incredible efforts of coaches and families to overcome ongoing issues with the pandemic and ammunition shortages.” Read more…

3D-Printed Gun Inventor Dead After Police Raid

It’s come to our attention that German magazine Der Spiegel reports the inventor of the rapid-fire 3D-printed gun that could be entirely printed at home has passed away.

JStark, a 28-year-old German citizen, was one of the biggest innovators of this decade when printing weapons and gun parts at home. He helped create Deterrence Dispensed – an online group that promotes and distributes open-source 3D printed firearms, gun parts, and cartridges. The group strongly supports freedom of speech applied to computer code and blueprints.

Der Spiegel says JStark passed away on Friday of an apparent heart attack. Foul play was ruled out, and it “appears” his death was natural without any involvement of a third party. Along with this, the German magazine also reported police raided his home days before. Read more…
